Streams
Each camper will have the opportunity to participate in one Major and a Minor over the course of the camp.  We will endeavour to accommodate your first preference wherever possible.

Payment

Early bird price: $260 (gst inclusive) - when paid before 31 October

Cost after 31 October is $285 (gst inclusive)

Cut-off date for registrations: Tuesday 1 December 2020



Please note:  You will be required to pay $50 of your registration fee if you cancel your registration at ANY STAGE. You will be required to pay 50% of your registration fee if you notify the Amplify team within 14 DAYS of camp that you are no longer attending. You will be required to pay 100% of your registration fee if you withdraw from camp on 11 JANUARY OR DURING THE EVENT.
In the event that Amplify 2021 is cancelled due to changes to rules/guidelines around COVID-19, campers will be refunded their full registration fee or will not be required to pay this.

Travel Subsidies

Travel subsidy (reimbursement) for transport option - 

  • $100 or 50% incl gst (whichever is lowest) for those flying from Chch or Akld for flights booked on or before 31 October

  • $150 or 50% incl gst (whichever is lowest) for those flying from elsewhere for flights booked on or before 31 October

  • $50 or 50% incl gst (whichever is lowest for flights booked on or after 1 November

  • Delegates travelling by any other means of transport (road, rail) please contact the Amplify team (amplify@nzf.salvationarmy.org) to discuss reimbursement options.

For all travel, please note:

  • Delegate must have attended Amplify to claim reimbursement

  • Reimbursement wil be processed after Amplify

  • Reimbursement form will be available after Amplify. Forms will be posted on www.amplifycamp.nz
  •  
  • Copy of the receipt/e-ticket will be required for reimbursement

  • Any costs associated with changes to transport arrangements, including cancellations, will be the delegates' responsibility. Please work with your airline in this regard.

I understand that The Salvation Army will follow Ministry of Health and Government COVID-19 guidelines and I will comply with all health and safety regulations and guidance from Amplify staff. I authorise the event leaders to obtain any medical or surgical treatment as may be required if is impractical to communicate with me. I give permission for The Salvation Army to use any photographs and video recordings from the event which I may feature in, or any creative material I produce at Amplify.

Note: If under 18 years of age, a printed copy of this form must be signed by the delegate and their parent/guardian confirming acceptance of the above disclaimer and posted to Territorial Youth Department, P.O. Box 6015, Marion Square, Wellington 6141 by Friday 4th December 2020.
